Woodlake News, March 2017

Since Hurricane Matthew, Woodlake employees have been steadily working to clean up all the debris around Woodlake while continuing to do their regular maintenance jobs. This is an ongoing project that will continue for many months to come. There are still areas on the property that are in need of debris removal and we will get to them in a timely manner. If you see an area that should be addressed due to safety reasons, please contact the on-site office immediately. We also have had several residents who have been helping to remove some of the debris throughout the property and we thank you for your efforts. Should you decided to continue to help with the debris removal, please come to the on-site office and pick up lawn and leaf bags.  Putting the debris you rake or pick up in the lawn and leaf bags and placing the bags if front of your villa instead of putting them in a pile on the ground will make it much easier for the maintenance crew to remove. Again, we would like to thank everyone for all their help with the on-going Hurricane Matthew clean-up.

Now that the weather is nice people are going outside to their patio areas and cooking on their grill or just talking with friends and neighbors. When having any outdoor activity please remember that our Woodlake Rules and Regulations handbook states that; “no owner or tenant shall make or permit any noise that will disturb or annoy the occupants of any units in the complex, or do or permit anything to be done which will interfere with the rights, comfort or convenience of other Owners or Tenants”. Disturbances will be fined immediately. So, please be courteous to the tenants who live around you by keeping the noise to a minimum and ending all outdoor activity no later than 10:00 PM.
